I'm a qualified New Zealand carpenter and construction project manager who now designs and ships software.
My construction career spans hands-on carpentry, supervision, contracting, residential project management and client-side representation. It taught me how to turn an idea into a workable plan, coordinate people with different priorities, manage risk and keep moving when real-world conditions change.
After intensive full-stack development training through Dev Academy Aotearoa, an R&D internship with Aimer Farming and a technical support engineering role at COMS Systems Limited, I continued building through NeonTrade—taking a complex private project from product discovery and UX through data architecture, deployment and live operations.
